Submit an Account Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data privacy regulations, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your School Chalen account and associated personal data.

Important Notice: Once your request is processed, you will permanently lose access to your profile, message history, notices, and uploaded content. Account deletion cannot be undone.

What happens after submission?

1. Verification: Our administration team verifies the request against the registered school tenant within 2-3 business days.
2. Data Purged: Your authentication credentials, phone/email login bindings, session tokens, and personal media files are permanently removed.
3. Statutory Retention Exception: Official financial audit ledgers and tax receipt records (e.g. past school fee payments) are retained strictly as required by local educational and taxation regulatory statutes.
